The Terms and Conditions of this website, is a contract between you and the website "Lifeskills&goals". We make information and services available to you our customers, and you are expected to follow the rules.
- Withdraw and cancel services for a time and date of a service, can only be cancelled and resceduled, with another time and date allocated for the service required. No monetary value is returned.
- Every effort to maintain accurate information, data management and reduce website downtime is of utmost importance to us providing these services.
- If something happens which is out of our control, you will be refunded for the loss of the service we could not supply to you, our customers.
- There is copyright on the entire website. No part of the website is allowed to be copied. Customers using the website and the services are at no time allowed to copy any thing or download any part of the website. The same applies to the use of zoom.com for webinars or an individual session.
- This website forbids poor user behavior like unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, being used on this website.
- If this occurs your account will be suspended.
Return and Refund Policy
A Return and Refund policy does not allow for the return of monies for the counselling/coaching sessions, or the webinars. Sessions must be rebooked if cancelled. Allocating another time is encouraged. If there is a technical problem out of our control, whether on this website or Zoom, and counselling sessions or webinars are unable to proceed for whatever reason, a refund will be issued for all services provided on this website.
