- Withdraw and cancel services for a time and date of a service, can only be cancelled and rescheduled, with another time and date allocated for the service required. No monetary value is returned.
- Every effort to maintain accurate information, data management and reduce website downtime is of utmost importance to us providing these services.
- If something happens which is out of our control, you will be refunded for the loss of the service we could not supply to you, our customers.
- There is copyright on the entire website. No part of the website is allowed to be copied. Customers using the website and the services are at no time allowed to copy anything or download any part of the website. The same applies to the use of zoom.com for webinars or an individual session.
- This website forbids poor user behavior like unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, being used on this website.
- If this occurs your account will be suspended.
A return policy is only enabled within 3 days of buying the product and last for 7 days only.
A product cannot be returned if you simply change your mind, you misused the product or service (in a way that contributed to the problem), or you asked for a service or product against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted. Any other problems which if presented in a logically based and conveniently timed way, will enable the product to be returned and your money refunded, according to how the product was purchased.
